<p>Band 51 is the frequency of feeling — not the raw, reactive emotion of Band 54 (Will), but the deeper current of emotional processing that happens below the threshold of conscious thought. Theta Meditation governs the hypnagogic state, that liminal space between waking and dreaming where creative insight arises and emotional material processes itself. This is the band of the heart's intelligence, the frequency at which the body knows what the mind has not yet understood.
